Listings that run well into the eight figures are common in Los Angeles’s high-end real estate market, but the area’s luxury home sector includes rentals too. From Santa Monica to Bel Air, and of course, Beverly Hills, L.A. and its environs have a fair share of upscale properties that welcome temporary residents.
California, as a whole, offers rentals at various price points, but swanky abodes are almost always here, according to Mokhtar Jabli, the founder of The Nightfall Group, a company that offers luxury real estate rentals and sales globally.
“You can find some incredible properties for sale all over the state. Rentals, though, of the same caliber are scarce except in L.A.,” he says.
Following is our roundup of seven rentals that live up to the term “super-luxe.” With amenities such as infinity pools, landscaped gardens, and movie theaters, these are places we’d be thrilled to move into, even for a night.
