If you’ve got an extra few hundred million dollars lying around, you could buy the most expensive home in the Caribbean, which recently listed for $200 million, according to CNBC. The home, located on Mustique in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, is known simply as the The Terraces and sits on 17 private acres of land. Described in the the listing as the most extensive villa on the white-sand island, the palatial property combines palladium- and Venetian-style architectural motifs.

“If Mustique is the quintessential private island paradise, The Terraces, being the largest and most visually prominent property on the island, is not just one of the Caribbeans foremost houses, but arguably one of the world’s foremost homes,” Edward de Mallet Morgan, who is holding the listing, said in a statement.

The 13-bed residence is defined by a symmetrical façade wrapped in loggias, framed by an expansive formal lawn and views of the Caribbean and Atlantic coasts. Perhaps the greatest rival to the natural beauty of the island is the hand-painted ceilings found throughout the villa, which offer a touch of European elegance to the beachfront manse. Other amenities include 13 bathrooms, seven reception rooms, three swimming pools (including an infinity pool that appears to cascade into the lush green hills), a tennis court, and a detached guest house. In addition to outdoor recreation, the property also encompasses a separate 12,000-square-foot structure, called the Annex, which houses games and entertainment such as billiards, Ping-Pong, and chess. Not only is this space accessible via a short outdoor walk, but also via a 60-foot underground tunnel for an easy commute on rainy days. According to the listing, the home has the largest entertainment space on the enclave.

The property’s seller was not disclosed, though on an island known as a reprieve for high-profile vacationers, this isn’t surprising. “Paparazzi are banned on Mustique,” de Mallet Morgan said. “The easy, relaxed interaction of royal families, rock stars, celebrities, business moguls, and entrepreneurs is really unique to Mustique.” The area first gained global recognition in 1976 when Princess Margaret visited with Roddy Llewellyn. The tabloid fever induced by the affair and the 17-year age gap between the pair ushered the Caribbean island into further spotlight—and was reenacted throughout season three of Netflix’s The Crown. According to Vogue, Prince William and Kate are also fans of the tropical escape, as are rock stars such as Mick Jagger and Bryan Adams. David Bowie also owned a home on the island. And when you can rub elbows with high society, perhaps $200 million for the most expensive home in the Caribbean is just a small price to pay.
