Rick and Kathy Hilton’s Hamptons Home Hits the Market for $14.95 Million

After 25 years of ownership, Rick and Kathy Hilton want to pass on the keys to their longtime Hamptons home. According to the Wall Street Journal, the hotel heir and reality star, who are parents to socialite Paris Hilton, are listing their Southampton, New York, home for $14.95 million.

Built in 1998, the traditional shingle-style dwelling sits on a 2.7-acre plot in a gated neighborhood. In 1999, the Hiltons scooped up the property as a vacation home for about $2.4 million. “The layout is perfect for comfortable living and entertaining, and we have countless happy memories there,” Rick told the WSJ of the roughly 10,500-square-foot manse. Per the outlet, the family’s time at the six-bedroom home dwindled following their move to Los Angeles in the 2000s. According to listing records, the abode has been offered up for rent several times over recent years for as much as $133,333 a month.

Pictured with contemporary-style furnishings in a neutral color scheme, the residence boasts three wood-burning fireplaces, a double-height foyer with a winding wood staircase, and a library. A formal dining room with French doors leads to a number of opulent outdoor amenities, including a lagoon-style swimming pool, a dining pavilion, and multiple terraces. Deeded access to the nearby Fowlers Beach is also included in the sale.

In 2018, the family made updates to the home’s kitchen, primary suite, and bathrooms. One pictured spa-like bathroom features a double vanity, a glass-walled shower, and a soaking tub below a trio of windows with treetop views.

Last month, Kathy sold a $25 million Bel Air, California, spec house near the pair’s primary residence: a 15,000-square-foot stone-sided mansion that spends a good chunk of its time clad in elaborate Christmas decor.

The Hamptons home is listed with Jared Seligman of The Corcoran Group, who declined to comment.
