While his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez makes headlines for hanging out with Ben Affleck in Montana, Marc Anthony has been tying up the sale of his Coral Gables, Florida, home, the Wall Street Journal reports. The Grammy winner and father of 13-year-old twins Emme and Max (with Lopez) listed the 12-bedroom, 13- and two-half-bathroom dwelling last year. He was asking for $27 million, and while the final sale price has not been confirmed, Realtor.com reports that it was $22.416 million.

Located in a gated community in the Miami suburb, the home sits on 1.3 waterfront acres and has an abundance of amenities. There are three different kitchens, a wine cellar, separate staff quarters, an elevator, and a gorgeous backyard with a pool and spa.

The exterior is white stucco with a terra-cotta tile roof, and there are arched windows and doorways all around. The front entrance is especially grand, with a brick driveway leading to a courtyard carport and a bifurcated staircase leading up to the actual home. The elegance continues inside, with high ceilings, fireplaces, and more archways.

Anthony called this mansion home for only three years, purchasing it in 2018 for $19 million. The seller was Hilda Maria Bacardi, great-great-granddaughter of Bacardi founder Fecundo Bacardí Massó and heir to his rum fortune. The Post reports that she built the house from the ground up over a period of eight years. It is not immediately clear where the singer of Spanish-language hits that include “Te Conozco Bien” plans to live next.
