After putting their Sherman Oaks, California, mansion up for sale just as the COVID-19 pandemic sent the real estate industry into a steep downturn, Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade seem more than ready to part ways with the home: According to the Los Angeles Times, the house is now listed at $6 million, down from the $6.2 million they originally asked last March.
Union and Wade purchased the 8,650-square-foot home for $5.995 million in May 2018, only a few months after construction was completed. The three-story, Mediterranean villa-style house contains five bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms, including a spacious main suite—further expanded by Union and Wade—featuring a private terrace, soaking tub, and massive steam shower.

Elsewhere in the hillside home are a walk-in wine vault, home theater, game room, and fitness studio, all accessible by the property’s elevator and a spiral staircase spanning all three floors. The mansion sits on three-quarters of an acre, with room for an infinity pool and adjoining spa, outdoor kitchen complete with pizza oven, and plenty of covered patio space for outdoor entertaining.

The Bring It On actor and NBA star put the house up for sale shortly after closing on an even bigger property in nearby Hidden Hills. Union and Wade’s newest residence is also three stories, but spans a whopping 22,000 square feet and set them back a reported $17.9 million in February 2020. That mega-mansion, located next door to Kylie Jenner’s own sprawling Hidden Hills property, boasts seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, plus the requisite home theater, gym, wine tasting room, and another zero-edge infinity pool.
