What do Daniel Day-Lewis, Robert De Niro, and Bella Hadid all have in common? Method acting, baby!
The model has spent the last several days in Paris filming for Ryan Murphy’s new FX show, The Beauty, where she seems to play a red leather-clad biker chick infected with the titular Beauty. But Hadid isn’t just leaving her moto style on set. Today, she left the Ritz wearing a brown top with a knot at the bust, tucked into a pair of high-waisted black leather pants, and a distressed brown leather jacket with outsized pockets.
Of course, Hadid added her Western flair to the look, cinching her pants with a brown belt with an oversized buckle and a pair of brown pointy-toe cowboy boots. She finished the look with some beloved fashion girl accessories: a pair of thin black rectangular Chanel sunglasses and a Gucci Bamboo 1947 bag wrapped in a multicolor scarf.
This isn’t the first instance of method dressing for Hadid. Last week, she gave her leather blazer a naughties twist, baring her midriff in a cropped turtleneck and ultra-low-rise jeans. Over the weekend, she kept the vibe going in a pair of studded Ludovic de Saint Sernin jeans, a black biker jacket, and hardware-heavy moto boots. Still, even then, she carried a Diesel bag with a horse galloping across the bag.
No matter how method her style becomes, Bella Hadid will always retain a piece of her truest, horse girl self.
