I acquired my first-ever Mejuri piece (this pretty pearl pendant, in case you were curious) five years ago, and upon receiving it in the mail, I immediately felt like I had joined the ranks of the other uber-cool girls with their #aesthetic #cleangirl #fyp Mejuri necklaces. The brand was, and still is, a favorite of jewelry collectors of all ages and TikTokers alike. But they’re also so much more than just their internet virality and popularity among influencers.
Mejuri has been a pioneer in the jewelry space with their reasonably-priced offerings since they were founded in 2015 by Noura Sakkijha. Their name is practically synonymous with luxurious yet approachable jewelry that won’t break the bank. And as I’m moving away from the costume jewelry of my college years (the green marks those cheap pieces would leave behind…) and finding nicer pieces I actually want to invest in, Mejuri has become a go-to.
If you’re scared to ask about the price point, don’t be. Dozens of items on the Mejuri site are in the $100-$300 range, plus a handful of splurgy pieces (think diamond tennis bracelets) ranging from the mid-hundreds to the low thousands. Mejuri usually only offers a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale (if that), but from April 22 to 27 they’re running a rare Stacking Event sale where you can score up to 20% off purchases over $150. Certain items are excluded, but over 800 products (!!!!) are eligible for the discount, so there’s definitely something you’ll love in that mix.
And because I’ve gotten to see, touch, and wear so many of their pieces over the years, I obviously had to put together a guide to the very best options available at Mejuri right now for a variety of budgets. Below, Cosmo’s deep dive into all things Mejuri necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, and more…
The best Mejuri necklaces
Necklaces were my personal introduction to Mejuri. Their site is stocked with a healthy assortment of neck candy that ranges from thin, simple, gender-neutral chains to charms and pendants of the birthstone, initial, zodiac, and fashion-y varieties. They basically only make necklaces that would look really freaking good if you stacked them on top of each other, so you can build out your jewelry wardrobe with a bunch of basics from the brand.
The Bold Herringbone Chain Necklace is one of their bestsellers, and for good reason: The woven design is seriously intricate and it comes in 16 inch, 18 inch, and 20 inch versions, so you can wear multiple layered together. It’s the perfect example of how Mejuri pieces can really be worn every day with any outfit. And Rachel Torgerson, Senior Commerce Director, loves the Organic Dôme Tidal Chain Necklace: “It has a substantial weight that feels luxurious, but not too-too heavy. The bolder, organic-looking chain link makes it stand out from the standard gold chain, and is great for wearing on its own as a statement, or stacking with other gold pieces. It’s just what I was looking for!”
The best Mejuri earrings
Mejuri’s earring selection ranges from simple huggies to gemstone studs and sculpted Dôme drop earrings, a personal favorite of Torgerson’s. “These earrings are the perfect answer to something chunky, gold, and statement-making that isn’t what everyone else is wearing (aka the oversized teardrop look). They feel heavy and luxe without weighing down my earlobes too, which is a fine line to walk,” she says.
There’s also the iconic Charlotte Hoops, which have probably adorned the ears (or fingers, in ring form) of every 20-something girl in New York at some point or another. And don’t sleep on the Mini Hoop, a wear-everyday 14k gold or white gold option that’ll only cost you $48.
And if you’re looking to get another piercing, you can hit up one of Mejuri’s Piercing Studios for an appointment. Also, they have you covered when it comes to cute earrings made of quality metals that won’t irritate your ears. Mejuri has tons of gold vermeil pieces that are hypoallergenic, and their 14k gold earrings are also good for sensitive ears.
The best Mejuri bracelets
As someone with fairly small wrists, I often struggle to find bracelets that won’t just slide up and down my arm with every little hand gesture, which is why it’s SO nice that many of Mejuri’s bracelets come in multiple sizes. The brand has been branching out from their typical delicate style into chunkier chains, pearl and beaded styles, tennis bracelets, and cuffs that are worth stocking up on.
Oh, and this absolutely gorgeous Micro-Pavé Diamond Tennis Bracelet? It may be a little out of my current budget, but trust when I say I’ll be pinning to my Pinterest board and dreaming about for a long, long time.
The best Mejuri rings
If there’s one type of jewelry that you don’t want to skimp on, it’s rings. Between the constant rubbing, hand contact, and exposure to water, low-quality rings never seem to last long enough to justify the purchase. Thankfully, Mejuri has some gorgeous options for every budget.
The Duet Mixed Ring is a personal favorite—the mixed-metal bands create a floating illusion, which is seriously sick—I basically haven’t taken it off since it arrived in the mail. And if you’re always in search of pieces to add to your perfect ring stack like I am, the Dôme rings are another great option as they nestle on top of each other nicely.
