At this point, it’s a given that Zendaya will set any red carpet alight. Adding yet another archive gem to her already impressive red-carpet repertoire, the youngest-ever CFDA Fashion Icon attended the annual football ceremony, Ballon D’Or, in Paris on 29 November, and suffice to say, social media went nuts.

Yet another Law Roach collaboration, the trending Spider-Man actor attended the awards ceremony held at Theatre du Chatelet—her first official red-carpet appearance on the arm of her beau and co-star Tom Holland—in a stunning archive Roberto Cavalli fall 2000 dress. Intricate gold detailing replicating a spinal cord made the ankle-grazing black dress a surefire hit. The fashion-forward British Vogue October cover star polished off the look with a chic makeshift bob and gold hoops.

An established lover of archive gowns, and part of the extensive list of A-listers joining the vintage revival, this of course isn’t the first time the Emmy-winning actor has worn a pre-loved dress on the red-carpet. How could we forget that dazzling Versace number, or her channelling Eunice W Johnson in a jaw-dropping haute couture YSL dress from 1982?
