Actor and comedian Pete Davidson only just moved out of his mom’s basement two years ago (the Saturday Night Live alum bought her home for her in 2016), but he has lived in several luxury homes since, including a $1.2 million Staten Island condo. More recently, Davidson shacked up in a $30,000-a-month Brooklyn Heights penthouse rental after announcing early last year that he would be moving out of his home borough to make commuting into Manhattan easier. The Bodies Bodies Bodies star has since moved out of the spacious unit, meaning the enviable 4,500-square-foot dwelling is back up for grabs on the rental market.

Topping a 1925-built four-story structure in the celebrity-studded Brooklyn neighborhood, the spacious four-bedroom and three-and-a-half-bathroom unit features an open-plan living space with spiral staircase access to a private roof deck spanning 1,500 square feet. The landscaped outdoor space features views of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan cityscape, lounge space, and an outdoor kitchen.

The modern interior is flooded with light, thanks to multiple skylights and wall-to-wall rows of windows on opposite sides of the dwelling. Blonde hardwood floors transition into big marble tiles in the kitchen, which also features sleek bronze-hued cabinetry, a large island, high-end appliances, and a nearby formal dining area.

The primary bedroom boasts 1,000 square feet of space, plus an ensuite bathroom with a glass-walled rain shower and a separate soaking tub, not to mention a nearly 100-square-foot custom walk-in closet. Other amenities include a laundry room equipped with a stainless steel farmhouse sink, a roughly 250-square-foot private garage, and keyed elevator access.

Carl Gambino and Justin Montero of Compass have the listing. Davidson is still trying to sell his Staten Island high-rise unit, which he listed near the end of last year for $1.29 million.
