Since reuniting in April, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been showing no signs of slowing down. Most recently, the former fiancés took their rekindled romance to Miami Beach, where they stayed at a lavish waterfront mansion rental that costs $130,000 a month.
Before returning to L.A. for Memorial Day weekend, Argo star Affleck was spotted spending quality time with the “Let’s Get Loud” singer (whom he was engaged to from 2002 to 2004) at the two-story property in the Sunshine State.
Inside, the decor is extremely modern.
Built in 1925 and renovated in 2015, the fully furnished paradisiac pad is a whopping 10,114 square feet and sits on more than half an acre of land that overlooks the Biscayne Bay. The modern, all-white residence has 11 bedrooms—including a main suite with a walk-in closet and stunning balcony (where the rumored couple was spotted by paparazzi!)—as well as a total of 15 bathrooms.
Downstairs, there are several expansive living areas for resting and lounging, fully equipped kitchens complete with appliances and dishware, and two seated dining areas for entertaining.
The home’s large windows and glass balconies did little to shield the pair from paparazzi.
Out back, the property features a pool and a view of Biscayne Bay.
As for the exterior, the luxuriously landscaped backyard features an outdoor patio with a barbecue for alfresco dining, and a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa, dock, and boatlift. The estate also comes with a separate guesthouse, gym, and three parking garages.
While it’s unclear how long Lopez and Affleck stayed, the glamorous abode (which was reportedly sold to jewelry designer Paul Morelli for $17.5 million in April and was listed for rent with Julian Johnston of The Corcoran Group) must have made Lopez nostalgic to 2002, when she purchased her first Florida home just up the road. (She sold it for $13.9 million in 2005.)

Currently, the multihyphenate star also owns a $32.5 million mansion on Miami’s exclusive Star Island, which she bought with ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez last year. It remains unknown who will get the place in the wake of their breakup.
